I'm so glad you are here! My name is Mary Yusuf, and it is my pleasure to welcome you to EgisConsult. If you are just getting started on your growth journey, allow me to congratulate you! You have just embarked on the most thrilling ride of your life. You will be stretched and pulled out of your comfort zone, you will attempt exceedingly great things, you will be challenged to get back up again when you fail, you will succeed at things you thought you could never do, you will make an impact in your corner of the world...and I know that if you stick with it, you will never regret it!



How do I know this? Because it's been my story... one that is still being written. Just a few years ago, I was a shadow of my real self. I had a lot going for me, I was well-educated and had some leadership experience under my belt. But I was also quick to procrastinate, slow to execute my great ideas, and in some ways, generally too laid back to engage with life.



Thankfully, I encountered a life-altering moment. And it was a funny, not-so-funny incident. I came face-to-face with my rage! I know. Before this, I could have described myself as easygoing, laidback, warm, and friendly. I was all of those things, but I also had some hidden anger issues. As a person of faith, I was able to bring these into prayer and trust God to help me overcome them.



I also started my growth journey. I explored several personality assessments, especially the Enneagram. I learned to understand my responses to situations, my unique strengths, and my path to growth. The rest, they say, is history. I'm still on my journey, exploring and becoming who I am meant to be. My growth journey is stretching me and transforming me from day to day.
