My Story
"The greatest discovery in life is self-discovery. Until you find yourself, you will always be someone else." - Myles Munroe.
I’m a mom of two boys, a woman of faith, a lifelong learner, and a coach who believes that some of the most important work we will ever do is learning to understand ourselves so we can live and lead with intention.
For much of my life, learning came naturally to me. I pursued graduate studies, earning an MSc, a PhD in Engineering, and later an MBA focused on leadership and analytics. My education taught me how to think critically, solve complex problems, navigate complexity, and lead with intention. I built a career around understanding systems, understanding people, and connecting those two parts.
Then I became a mother.
Motherhood introduced me to a different kind of complexity, the kind that couldn’t be solved with a formula, a spreadsheet, or a standard operating manual.
Like many moms, I found myself carrying responsibilities, expectations, and the desire to do everything well. I was capable and dependable on the outside, but inside, I was often second-guessing myself, people-pleasing, struggling with boundaries, and moving through life on autopilot. I loved God and wanted my faith to shape my life, but I began to recognize a gap between what I believed and how I actually responded under pressure, made decisions, related to others, and showed up at home.
That realization became an invitation to look inward. I began exploring the deeper questions: Who am I? Why do I respond the way I do? What patterns keep showing up? What has shaped the way I see myself? And how does my identity in Christ change the way I live?
Through that journey, I discovered the power of self-awareness and self-leadership. Tools like the Enneagram and DISC helped me recognize patterns I had lived with for years. Scripture helped me examine those patterns through the truth of who God says I am. And intentional reflection helped me move from simply noticing my patterns to choosing how I wanted to respond.
I didn’t need to become someone completely different. I needed to understand who I was, become more intentional about how I lived, and learn to lead myself well. That journey is at the heart of my coaching today.
I work primarily with Christian moms who are doing their best to carry many roles: wife, mother, professional, daughter, friend, leader... and who sometimes find themselves wondering, “Where did I go in all of this?”
My coaching is not about adding another list of things to do or striving to become a better version of yourself. It is about creating space to pause, understand what is happening beneath the surface, recognize the patterns that may be shaping your choices, and reconnect with the woman God is forming you to become.
I bring together my background in leadership, systems thinking, coaching, personality frameworks, and faith to create thoughtful conversations that lead to practical growth. Through Scripture, self-awareness tools such as the Enneagram and DISC, and reflective coaching, I help women move from autopilot to intention, confusion to clarity, and simply managing life to leading themselves well.
I work with women one-on-one, with groups, and in faith-based communities, creating spaces where honest conversations can lead to meaningful growth.
My heart's purpose is to walk alongside women as they discover who they are, understand how they are wired, and gain the courage and clarity to step into who they are called to be.
You don't need a completely different life to experience meaningful change. Sometimes, you simply need to stop, look within, listen deeply, and begin leading the life you already have from a more grounded place.
Here are a few of the benefits you will gain from working with me:
Clarity & Self-Awareness
Understand your patterns so you can make confident, intentional choices.
Faith-Centered Self-Leadership
Learn how to lead yourself well with Christ at the center of everyday life.
Support That Fits Your Season

Practical Tools for Real Life
Simple, usable strategies for boundaries, decisions, and focus.
I believe growth happens best in community. When women grow in self-awareness and inner leadership, it shapes how they show up in their families, relationships, and everyday lives.
I partner with women’s and moms’ groups to create faith-centered growth experiences that are practical, reflective, and grounded in real life. Through teaching and guided discussion, I help women build clarity, strengthen self-leadership, and grow with intention in the roles they carry.
What your group will gain:
Greater self-awareness and clarity
Faith-centered tools for everyday life
Stronger communication and healthier relationships
Practical growth that extends beyond the sessions
